To register a new patient, go to the "Patient Records" tab and click the "Register New Patient Record" button at the top of the screen.


When registering a patient, you will need to specify their gender and personal data, optionally upload a personal photo, and add a note if necessary. Keep in mind that you cannot register multiple patients with the same phone number. If the patient is a child, you can enter the parent's phone number (or authorized person's phone number) instead of the patient's phone number, and specify the parent's name in the note. The parent's phone number may be the same as the client's existing phone number in the patient database. Additionally, you can enter a permanent discount for the client, if applicable. This field is purely informational and does not automatically apply during payment processing, but it will be visible in the modal window.
You can register a new patient both in the "PATIENT RECORDS" tab and in the "Schedule" tab when creating a new appointment. To register a patient from the "Schedule" tab, press the "+" button to the right of the patient’s file row.
